Discounted Airfare

American Airlines and United Airlines are the official airline carriers for GRAPH EXPO 2012. Be sure to use the appropriate Promotional Code for applicable carrier.

American Airlines

Reservations can be made online at www.aa.com. Enter the promotion code 42H2BT in the promotional code box. There are no fees when booking on www.aa.com. Discount is 10% valid on ANY published airfare on AA.com. Valid dates of travel are October 2-14, 2012. Or phone American’s meetings desk (fee may apply): (800) 433-1790 and refer to Promotional Code 42H2BT. International attendees please call your country AA reservation number to book your flights using the code. Discount valid on AA and any of their oneworld alliance partners as long as one segment is on American.

United Airlines

Shuttles to and from Hotels / McCormick Place South

GRAPH EXPO offers free transportation from every hotel in the 2012 housing block to McCormick Place South at 15-20 minute intervals in the morning, and from McCormick Place South back to the hotels each afternoon. (Please note special schedules and departure points for Sunday, October 7.)

NOTE: Show Opening Moved to 12 noon on Sunday, October 7. Chicago Marathon in the AM so plan extra time to travel to McCormick Place.

Driving and Parking

DRIVING TO MCCORMICK PLACE SUNDAY, OCTOBER 7
If you are driving to McCormick Place the morning of the Chicago Marathon, there will be road closures due to the Chicago Marathon. Martin Luther King and the roads directly adjacent to McCormick Place will be open, and the best routes are from I-55 or Lakeshore Drive:

from WEST
Take I-55 North (Stevenson Expressway). Exit at Martin L. King Drive (Exit #293D) and follow signs to Lot A. An entrance ramp is located immediately to your left.
The McCormick Place exit from the Dan Ryan/I-90/94 (Southbound ramp to 31st Street) will be closed, so get to I-55 and follow directions above.
from NORTH and SOUTH
From Lake Shore Drive, exit at 31st Street and turn west. Turn right on Martin L. King Drive. Turn left on 24th Place. Follow signs to Lot A.
Sections of Michigan Avenue near McCormick Place will be closed until 3 pm, so please avoid this road if possible.
